Bios
My name is Hongchi Xia (夏鸿驰). I’m now a first-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), advised by Prof. Shenlong Wang.
My research lies in 3D computer vision, especially related to 3D reconstruction and simulation.
Before my Ph.D. journey, I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Shenlong Wang at UIUC, Prof. Wei-Chiu Ma at Cornell, Prof. Xiaolong Wang at UCSD and Prof. Cewu Lu at SJTU.
I will have an internship at NVIDIA in Summer 2025 at Santa Clara.
